This Shipping Policy applies to Stir The Pot, a wholly owned brand operated by Ideal Provisions, LLC (“Ideal Provisions,” “Stir The Pot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Ideal Provisions, LLC is committed to transparent, compliant, and reliable shipping practices. Please review the information below carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Eligibility

We ship only within the United States and only to states and jurisdictions where hemp-derived products containing federally compliant THC are permitted by law.

Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted states or jurisdictions will be automatically canceled and refunded. We do not ship internationally.

By placing an order, customers confirm that they meet any applicable minimum age requirements under their local laws.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully authorized.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, regulatory review, or operational constraints. Customers will be notified of material delays when applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped via reputable third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier service levels. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Adult Signature Requirement

Certain orders may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery, as determined by carrier policy, product type, payment processor requirements, or regulatory considerations.

If an adult signature is required:

The recipient must be present at the delivery address and may be required to present valid identification.
If delivery is attempted and no eligible recipient is available, the carrier may:
- Reattempt delivery,
- Hold the package at a carrier facility for pickup, or
- Return the package to the sender.

Undeliverable Packages & Failed Signature Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to:

Failure to obtain an adult signature,
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,
Refusal of delivery, or
Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier,

Ideal Provisions, LLC may, at its discretion:

Issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs, or
Require an additional fee to reship the order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be disclosed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

All products sold by Stir The Pot are derived from hemp and are intended to comply with applicable federal law, including the 2018 Farm Bill.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, payment processor requirements, or carrier policies.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Ideal Provisions, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or theft.
