This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Stir The Pot, a wholly owned brand of Ideal Provisions, LLC (“Ideal Provisions,” “Stir The Pot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Due to the nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, please review this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened or unopened products, except as expressly outlined below.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on taste preference, individual experience, or perceived effects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ideal-provisions.com, including:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographic evidence

If the issue is verified, Ideal Provisions, LLC, at its discretion, may issue a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Orders Returned or Undeliverable

If an order is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Failure to obtain a required adult signature
Refusal of delivery
Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs, or require an additional fee to reship the order.

Canceled or Restricted Orders

Orders canceled by Ideal Provisions, LLC prior to shipment due to regulatory, compliance, payment processing, or carrier restrictions will be refunded in full.
