Q: Is this legal?

Yes. Our products are derived from federally legal hemp and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill. We ship only to states where these products are permitted.

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders are expected to begin shipping on or around February 15, 2026.  You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Q: Why can't you ship to my state?

Hemp-derived THC laws vary by state.  We only ship to states where these products are currently allowed.

Q: Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes. You may cancel your preorder at any time prior to shipment.
