Strong coffee. Cool air. A little mischief.
Our fall playlist brings together country, rock, and a few unexpected turns for changing leaves, creative afternoons, and lingering by the fire. Neil Young’s “Harvest Moon” and Willie Nelson’s “September Song” help set the mood.
Put on a flannel shirt, pour a cup, press play, and go kick some leaves.

On October 11, Austin’s MARYJAE® celebrated nine years of community, connection, and making people feel welcome.
For co-founder Jae Graham-Anciso, that story is deeply personal. Her connection with cannabis was shaped by time spent with her father, Larry Graham. Before his passing in 2015, he encouraged her to share that experience with others, especially older adults. His encouragement became part of the inspiration behind MARYJAE.
In 2017, Jae and business partner Francisca Anciso opened the shop with a clear purpose: create a cannabis space where people could feel comfortable, represented, and free to ask questions without judgment.
Today, the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women-owned business continues that spirit through a welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully selected products, and a strong connection to its community.
We’re proud to be on their shelves and to have contributed sachets and other Stir The Pot goodies to their anniversary celebration.
Congratulations to Jae, Francisca, and the MARYJAE community on nine years. Here’s to many more!
Meet Brian Phillips, the Austin artist behind the artwork on our packaging.
Brian turns salvaged wood into original paintings and assemblages, giving discarded materials a second life with plenty of character. We’re proud to have his creativity woven into Stir The Pot—and there are a couple of opportunities to see more of his work this fall.
Houston: October 15–18
Brian’s work will be featured at Affordable Art Fair Houston at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
Austin: November 14–15 and November 21–22
Brian will also participate in the Austin Studio Tour, with visiting hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. He’ll be a guest artist at Beef and Pie Productions and the Two Birds studio on Avenue H in Hyde Park.
If you’re nearby, stop in, explore his work, and show Brian some love.
All treats. A little trick.
Who says Halloween is just for kids? This hot Salted Caramel Apple Cider Tea brings a little grown-up magic to a chilly October evening. Pour a mug, cue up our fall playlist, and settle in for spooky season.
One mug. Three ingredients.
• 4 oz apple cider
• 4 oz freshly brewed orange spice black tea
• 1 sachet Stir The Pot Salted Caramel syrup
Combine the warm cider and brewed tea in a mug. Stir in the Salted Caramel syrup until fully blended.
Feeling festive? Dress it up with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and a cinnamon stick. We used maple whipped cream—and recommend that decision.
One full sachet contains 10 mg THC. For adults 21+.
Our friends at Haus of Jayne in Dripping Springs, Texas, are hosting a stage during the Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival, October 16–18—and we’re supporting their weekend with samples of Stir The Pot.
The festival brings songwriters and their stories to stages throughout historic downtown Dripping Springs, with free admission.
If you’re in the Hill Country, make a weekend of it: catch some live music, stop by Haus of Jayne, and show an independent business some love.
Festival hours
Friday, October 16: 1:30–8 p.m.
Saturday, October 17: noon–8 p.m.
Sunday, October 18: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

We’re planning to bring Stir The Pot to MJBizCon in Las Vegas this December, connecting with retailers, distributors, and industry friends.
We’ve enjoyed getting out from behind the screen and meeting people in person, including at this summer’s Hemp Beverage Expo in Austin. Vegas is another opportunity to introduce the brand, build relationships, and see what’s happening across the industry.
Heading to the show? Reply to this email—we’d love to connect.

Federal changes affecting hemp products remain an important issue for our business and the broader industry.
Congress has delayed most of the changes to the federal hemp definition until December 11, 2026. The changes include a 0.4 mg per-container limit covering total THC and specified related cannabinoids in finished hemp-derived cannabinoid products. A narrower exclusion for cannabinoids that the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce remains on the earlier November 12 timetable. This is a temporary extension; state rules still apply.
We’re following developments closely and will share what they mean for Stir The Pot as the picture becomes clearer.
In the meantime, your voice matters.
We support clear rules, accurate labeling, age verification, and a workable path for responsible small businesses. If you share that view, contact your U.S. representative and senators.
Not sure what to say? Start here:
“I’m a constituent, and I care about responsible adult access to hemp products. I’d like Congress to establish clear rules that protect consumers and give compliant small businesses a workable path forward. What is your position, and what action will you take?”
Every small brand needs people willing to give it a spot on the shelf. To our retail partners: thank you for taking a chance on us. To our readers: give these shops a follow, stop in when you're nearby, and show them some love.
